Legal standing
The Oakley & Overton Partnership (The Partnership) is a general partnership between Drs Lorge, Coppin, Decker, Lindsay, Bartlett, Hopkins and Chilcott.

Oakley and Overton surgeries are buildings used by the partnership. Patients are registered with the partnership and not individual surgeries.

The Partnership is contracted to provide NHS general medical services by the North Hampshire Primary Care Trust (The PCT).

Contracted services
Under the terms of the 2003 NHS GP Contract all GP practices have to provide ?core? services. Other services may be commissioned by their Primary Care Trust. The Partnership is contracted by the NHPCT to provide the following additional services:
Directed Enhanced Services:
    o Access,
    o Childhood immunisations,
    o Flu vaccinations.
National Enhanced Services:
    o Anti-coagulant monitoring
    o IUCD (contraceptive coils)
    o Near patient testing
Local Enhanced Services:
    o Phlebotomy
    o Neo-natal checks
