HEALTHCARE ASSISTANTS

The Health Care Assistants work as part of the nursing team. They assist nurses and other health care professionals.

The Health Care Assistants have undergone a rigorous training programme in the Practice and at the hospital. They are able to take blood and to undertake investigations such as ECGs and blood pressure measurement.
