Dr Nicola Decker  MBBCh MRCGP DCH DRCO&G 

I qualified in sunny South Africa in 1990. I completed my post graduate GP training England in 1995. I am married to Kevin Conn. We have 2 children and a Labrador called Molly. I joined the practice in March 2002 after moving to Hamsphire from Bury St Edmunds. I became a partner in the practice in 2006. General Practice is a large part of my life and one I enjoy tremendously. I have an interest in medical politics and I sit on the board of directors for the Calleva Commissioning Board. In this role I try to make an impact on pathways and how care is delivered in our locality. I am also a GP appraiser on my days off.
