How can we help you?

Vaccinations, medication and travel advice

Travel Assessment

Our travel vaccination clinic can provide the following free NHS vaccines for Watership Down Health patients:

  • Diphtheria, Tetanus and Pertussis
  • Measles, Mumps and Rubella
  • Hepatitis A
  • Typhoid

Our nurses can provide comprehensive travel health advice and arrange for appropriate immunisations from the above list.

Please arrange an appointment for a travel consultation at least 6 weeks before your holiday. Vaccines need time to take effect, and some may require a course over several weeks.

Please contact the practice after 10am each weekday (excluding bank holidays) and ask to book a travel vaccination appointment.

We will then send you a text message to complete a pre travel questionnaire about yours itinerary, destination and dates of travel. If you do not have a smartphone we can sent this via an email or provide you with a hard copy.

Please be aware that we do not offer a private vaccination service.

For more information please see the Wessex LMC video on Travel Vaccination Information
