Please note all telephone calls are recorded for training and improving patient care.

Routine blood test appointments can also be booked on line in our phlebotomy clinics.

Appointments for doctors and nurses can be booked in advance, please call after 10am each day. We encourage patients to see the same clinician if they have an on-going problem to aid continuity.

A doctor’s appointment is 10 minutes long. If you think you need more time please book a double appointment. If you think your problem can be dealt with by phone – please book a telephone consultation.

Text Message Reminders

Appointment reminders can be sent to you via a text message – please ensure we have the correct mobile telephone number for you. If you do not wish to use this service you may chose to opt out.
